    Option 1 – Virtual Certification Program

    This intensive, 12-hour blended learning Certification Program will prepare you to effectively facilitate the 5 Stages Leadership™ Training Program. In addition, you’ll learn how to create and deliver a customized program per group/cohort using the various training materials and assessments.

    The self-directed pre-work enables you to experience aspects of the training program as a participant might, while introducing you more deeply to The Five Stages of Focused Leadership Development ® model and its very real applications to your workplace.

    During the live, virtual sessions, you will participate in deeper conversations on the nuances of training/coaching leaders as well as insights into the model. You will engage in activities with others and explore challenging scenarios that often occur with developing teams and leadership skills while meeting ‘normal’ operational challenges.

    Becoming a 5 Stages Leadership™ Certified Facilitator will give you the resources to master this amazing program and the confidence and skills to share it with your organization’s leaders.
